House Rules

  • Check in time - 1 pm & Check out time - 11 am.
    Early check in & Late check out subject to availability, will be charged half day.
  • All guests are required to present valid ID card upon check in.
  • Breakfast is included in the rates. Breakfast is served in the common area from 9:00 to 10:30 am. We have an in house kitchen that caters to Breakfast, Snacks & Beverages.
  • Drivers are only permitted in the parking area and are strictly restricted from entering any other part of the homestay, for the security of our guests.
  • Any misconduct will not be tolerated at our homestay. We reserve the right to ask the guests to vacate incase of any misconduct, towards our staff or other guests.
  • There is an applicable fee of 5% GST on food and beverage items, even if paid by cash.
  • As you are aware, For Lunch & dinner we can Help you in arranging local Malvani food (veg or non veg ) at extra cost, subject to prior intimation of 2 hours at the least. We encourage our guests to eat at the many good local restaurants in Murud, that serve local cuisines. There is no cooking by guests at our Homestay.
  • Please get in touch with our caretakers in advance for your meal orders. Please give him a notice of 2 hours minimum for meal preparation & arrangement. There is an applicable fee of 5% GST on food and beverage items, even if paid by cash.
  • All meals are served at the common area, since there is no room service at a Homestay. Last order will be taken by 7:30 pm & dinner will be served before 9:30pm.
  • Extra Guest - Adult/Child is Rs. 1,000/- + gst. All extra guests above 3 years of age, (Child / Adult) will be charged if require an extra floor mattress or not. Only one floor mattress allowed per room.
  • Any loss of or damage to property/crockery will be charged to the guest.
  • Consumption of Alcohol is strictly prohibited in common areas of our homestay.
  • We request you to please keep the volume of music at a low level as it may disturb other guests.
  • STRICTLY NO REFUND in case of cancellations or no show or in the case of any misconduct towards staff or other guests wherein the guest would be asked to vacate our premises.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings will be guaranteed against payment deposited.
  • The booking is on non-refundable basis and no free cancellations are permitted.
  • In the case of a No Show, The Homestay reserves right to charge full retention charges.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior intimation to any party.


  • Children must be supervised at all times; the management is not responsible for any injuries incurred & however caused.
  • Please be careful with your safety & your personal belongings. The management does not accept liability for any accident, loss, injury, or misadventure.
  • Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort of other guests, the smooth running of our Homestay or cause offence to other guests or members of the staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Homestay if in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where in this case, the Homestay shall have no obligation to refund you for your lost accommodation or services.
