House Rules

  • Check-in time - 1 pm & Check out time - 11 am.
    Early check-in & Late check-out subject to availability, will be charged half a day extra.
  • All guests are required to present a valid ID card upon check-in, & fill in the COVID - 19 self-declaration form.
  • Breakfast is included in the rates. Breakfast is served in the common area from 9:00 to 10:30 am. We have an in house kitchen that caters to Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks & Beverages, on prior notice.
  • We have our own In-House kitchen catering to fresh Homely Meals & Local Malvani style Cuisine (Veg & Non-Veg) subject to prior intimation of 2 hours at the least. There is an applicable fee of 5% GST on food and beverage items, even if paid by cash.
  • Drivers are only permitted in the parking area and are strictly restricted from entering any other part of the homestay, for the security of our guests. Drivers will need to be accommodated elsewhere.
  • Guests are required to wear face masks at all times in common premises of the Homestay & practice Social distancing with other guests & staff members. All guests are expected to adhere to frequent sanitization measures.
  • All meals are served at the common area since there is No room service at a Homestay. The last order will be taken by 7:30 pm & dinner will be served before 9:30 pm, keeping all social distancing measures in place.
  • Extra Guest - Adult/Child is Rs. 1,000/- + GST. All extra guests above 3 years of age, (Child / Adult) will be charged if require an extra floor mattress or not. Only one floor mattress allowed per room.
  • Any loss of or damage to our Homestay property/crockery/items will be charged to the guest.
  • Consumption of Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the Common areas of our homestay.
  • Consumption of any illegal substances such as drugs, marijuana, etc is strictly prohibited at our Homestay.
  • We request you to please keep the volume of music at a low level as it may disturb other guests.
  • STRICTLY NO REFUND in case of cancellations or no show or in the case of any misconduct wherein the guest would be asked to vacate our premises.
  • We shall share with you our caretaker's number, please get in touch with him in advance for your meal orders & any other requests.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings will be guaranteed against payment deposited.
  • The booking is on a non-refundable basis and no free cancellations are permitted.
  • In the case of a No Show, The Homestay reserves the right to charge full retention charges.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior intimation to any party.

Disclaimer

  • Children must be supervised at all times; the management is not responsible for any injuries incurred & however caused.
  • In case of a suspected or confirmed COVID 19 Positive case in the premises, we have a defined protocol to isolate, & assist them to reach out to the concerned hospital or healthcare facility.
  • Please be careful with your safety & your personal belongings. The management does not accept liability for any accident, loss, injury, or misadventure. The liability extends to both registered guests and their accompanying guests.
  • Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort of other guests, the smooth running of our Homestay, or cause offense to other guests or members of the staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Homestay if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where in this case, the Homestay shall have no obligation to refund you for your lost accommodation or services.
